What's Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Component failures under normal operating conditions
• Performance issues not meeting published specifications

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper installation or operation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Consumable parts (filters, seals, etc.)

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• Product is unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and documentation are included
• Return is pre-authorized by our customer service team

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-manufactured or modified products
• Products that have been installed or used
• Electrical components that have been powered on
• Hazardous materials or chemicals

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email returns@streichergmbh.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack Securely: Repack the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
3. Ship: Send the package to our returns center with the RA number clearly marked.
4. Refund: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our technical support team with your order number and product details.
2. Describe the issue and provide photos or videos if possible.
3. Our team will diagnose the issue and determine warranty eligibility.
4. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
