3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

For large orders, we may offer payment terms subject to credit approval. Please contact our sales team for more information.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Warranty

All products are covered by our standard 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
• Modifications made without our authorization
• Damage caused by failure to follow operating instructions

7. Limitation of Liability
