Institutional Terms & Conditions

Edition: December 2024

1. Institutional Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the interdisciplinary utilization of the Streicher GmbH digital ecosystem and the acquisition of industrial assets from our global procurement portal. By accessing our infrastructure or initiating a procurement request, you formally agree to be bound by these institutional protocols.

2. Contractual Framework

All procurement requests initiated through this platform are subject to formal verification and acceptance by STREICHER Group senior management. A legally binding interdisciplinary contract is constituted only upon written confirmation of technical specifications and delivery schedules.

We reserve the institutional right to refuse or terminate any procurement process at our discretion, including cases involving specification inaccuracies, dynamic pricing fluctuations, or non-compliance with international industrial standards.

3. Financial Protocol

Institutional pricing is quoted in EUR/USD and is exclusive of VAT, custom duties, and specialized logistics costs unless formally stated otherwise. We exclusively utilize professional bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA) for all industrial transactions. Full financial clearance is required prior to manufacturing initialization.

4. Global Delivery & Risk

Delivery schedules provided are interdisciplinary estimates and do not constitute absolute guarantees. Risk of loss and title for industrial assets transition to the acquirer upon delivery to the designated global carrier (Incoterms 2020 apply as specified in the individual contract).

5. Technical Warranty

All system components are covered by our standard 24-month institutional warranty against manufacturing defects. Coverage excludes operational wear, failures due to non-authorized maintenance, or interdisciplinary system modifications performed by third parties.

9. Jurisdictional Mandate

These Institutional Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from interdisciplinary contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts of Regensburg, Germany.
